This course includes all three of the FTS Series, level 1, 2 and 3. It will provide a thorough understanding of Real Human Movement or KiMotion as we say, that is beyond the ‘standard anatomical model’!
The course provides Personal Trainers, Therapists and Movement Professionals with the skills and knowledge to truly individualise their approach and applications with each client/patient according to their unique goals and unique daily functions.

The course will make you re-think your understanding of anatomy in regards to function and provide an understanding of the ‘fundamental’ sciences involved in human movement and how they contribute to the end goal of your client/patient’s functioning or performance.

Understanding how the sciences are all linked and where there may be a cause of dysfunction will help you indentify common issues so as to help develop an individualised program to create mobility and progress to stability and strength for any range of functional needs and for any population.

Also with a truer understanding of the sciences and how bones move, joints sense and muscles re-act your ability to develop and enhance performance related movement patterns will increase dramatically.

Eligibility:

      • REP’s Lev 3 equivilent qualification
      • 18 years of age
      • An appropriate clear Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) to be completed
      • Please contact us for further details where required

Format:

6 Day Face to Face Workshop ( 1 to 1 can be fitted around your schedule – please inquire for further details)

Either 1 to 1 Basis or Small Group Learning

Assessment by theory exam and practical

By the end of the 3 Workshops you will successfully be able to:

      • Achieve all three of the FTS Workshop’s Learning Objectives
      • Graduate with the Advanced Certificate in Human Movement(ACHM)

Investment: £999

“Having developed a thorough understanding of the ‘Process Pyramid’ you will never look at another anatomy text or program design text the same way again. Although the certificate is designed to challenge the way you have traditionally learnt A+P and programming, an understanding of the fundamental sciences involved are the foundations all exercise science should be based upon if it is to apply to upright movement!”

FTS Level 1  Got a Q?

This 2 Day Course will revolutionise your understanding of how we ‘function’. It has had such a profound effect on myself that I have questioned how and what we have had to teach over the years regarding all aspects of training!

If your training provider isn’t teaching this then ask them why not or go out and find somebody that does!  You’ll re-think your understanding of ‘living anatomy’ in regards to function and it will provide you with an understanding of the ‘fundamental’ sciences involved in human movement and how they contribute to the end goal of your client/patient’s functioning or performance.

Due to demand we have taken key elements of each of each of our ’3D Series’ of workshops and incorporated them into one Intensive Weekend designed to give you the maximum take away knowledge and skills in return for your investment and time! With this you’ll be able to truly distinguish yourself and provide a higher level of service and training.

Course Outcomes/Take Aways:
1   Be able to ASSESS, ANALYSE and PREDICT movement of the Kikinetic chain
Be able to Introduce Strategies and Techniques to improve the Objective Movement
3   Learn our ‘Critical Squat 162′ Symmetrical Hip/knee/Ankle Patterns

We at KMT only use tutors that have had extensive industry experience in delivering a successful Personal Training Service. There are many other Personal Training courses out there however we question their validity in setting you up to be successful in what is a very competitive market. We have the real world experience and still deliver PT Services. Ensure you check your potential provider for this as we base our theory and practical teaching on the principle of  ‘Applied Knowledge‘.

As part of your Lev 3 qualification we also include a one day Kettle Bell Workshop as we believe it’s applicability to PT is a fantastic medium to give your clients diversity and real benefits.

Don’t be fooled by other personal training qualifications that offer more on-line than face to face learning and support, this potentially allows you to misunderstand the information as well as not being able to get an immediate answer to any of your questions and get practical applications demonstrated.
What KMT have found over the years of delivery and through many successful learners’ feedback is that they wished they had more direct (face to face) contact with their tutor throughout the course and more guidance. We are committed to this method of teaching and it forms the ethos of what we do to ensure you get the most from your qualification and are totally confident with your knowledge and your ability to apply it practically.
So if you’re truly committed to your career we are too and you’ll need to separate yourself from the crowd and give yourself the opportunity to make a ‘real’ impact on the profession, the KMT Advanced Personal Training Diploma is what you need.
