Client testimonial

It was more than I expected, I hadn’t even considered my USP’s or how my communication style was limiting my ability to engage different types of client on the gym floor!” The IPT© workshop was so simple in its method but gave me tools that could be applied right away.

SucceedPT© Mentoring

What is it?

Succeed©PT is a fully comprehensive package that is designed to support you through the most challenging time of your career, the initial start up!

It will enable you to bridge the gap between your qualifications/knowledge base and the skills required to develop your business as a successful Personal Trainer.

Knowledge and qualifications are a great foundation but without the right skills and strategies to THINK and DO like an entrepreneur it can be wasted.

Why?

Do you realise that within 6 months of becoming newly qualified 60% of Personal Trainers no longer continue or pursue their careers in our industry! A hugely disappointing outcome, why? In total 70% drop out within the year!

One reason is that training providers have to focus on the national occupational standards (NOS) and there is very little emphasis placed upon a trainer’s immediate development once they’ve paid their hard earned cash for and have passed the qualification.

If you’re lucky you may have been fortunate enough to have had a lecturer on your course that had real world experience in developing a client base and being a successful PT. In most cases it doesn’t matter how good you are(or think you are) if nobody knows you exist in the first instance so they can invest in your services!

“We at KMT feel totally passionate about where education, knowledge and development is heading for future fitness professionals and what training providers are actually doing to truly develop their learners capabilities and successful careers beyond the mass churn of which as you can see from the statistics above is outrageous!”

Testimonials

  • “After I completed my PT Diploma I was at a loss as to what to do next to generate new clients! Marlon helped me identify what I needed to do and in what order, also the practical skills in exercise programming learnt on a practical session from a Lev 4 Trainer and Lecturer with over 20 years experience were of real benefit! I found out what was needed and importantly I can always call or text if I’ve got any immediate questions, a great service”

T&C’s
These terms apply to all joining monthly Direct Debit Succeed Mentoring Packages with a minimum three month commitment period.
1. Membership
Your membership will start from the date specified on your membership agreement form in joining at venue or in your ‘Welcome’ email if joining online or via telephone.
You will be a member for at least three full calendar months which is your minimum term. Your membership will continue automatically after your minimum term unless you terminate your membership in line with section 5 below.

2. About your membership fees
a. Pro-rata membership fees
You will pay your first month’s pro-rated membership fee in your first Direct Debit payment. The first payment will normally be taken within 15 working days of your membership start date.
b. Monthly membership fees
Monthly membership fees are paid in advance by Direct Debit. This will be taken from your bank account on the first working day of every month.
c. Missing membership fee payments
If you don’t pay your membership fee on time, we or our processing agent will e-mail to tell you. We will continue to attempt to collect your subscription by Direct Debit unless you contact our membership team and arrange alternative payment. You may be charged a one-off non-payment fee of £15 for this.
In addition we may charge you up to £30 if we refer your arrears to a debt collection agency.
Until your fees are successfully collected and your account brought back up to date your membership will be suspended and you will be unable to attend classes.
d. Fee changes
We review our membership fees from time to time. We will give you at least one calendar month’s written notice of any such changes. If we increase your membership fees (excluding VAT) by more than the rate of inflation plus 5% in any six month period then you can cancel your membership by giving us five working days written notice.

3. Suspending, cancelling or transferring your membership
a. Suspending your membership
After the end of your minimum term you can suspend your membership at any time. You can only suspend your membership for full calendar months for a period of up to six months.
Suspension may be activated from the start of any calendar month by giving us at least five working days written notice before the end of the previous month. Your membership will then be suspended from the first day of the following month. For notices received less than five working days before month end, membership will be suspended on the last day of the following month.
When suspending your membership you will need to supply a re-start date; your membership fee payments will automatically re-commence on that date. You are responsible for ensuring that we have received written confirmation of your suspension request and re-start date.
Medical conditions: If you have a medical condition which prevents you from training temporarily, you may suspend your membership within your minimum term. Outside your minimum term we permit extended suspension periods for medical conditions. Medical suspension periods can be a maximum of twelve months. We will require proof of your medical condition (such as a doctor’s certificate). We will suspend your membership upon receipt of doctor’s certificate or other proof. Any membership time paid but not used after this point will be credited back to you in training time upon your return.
b. How to cancel your membership
Should you wish to cancel your membership you must give us at least five working days written notice before month end. Your membership will end on the last day of that month. For notices received less than five working days before month end, membership will end on the last day of the following month.
Notices received after 17.30 will be deemed to have been received on the next working day.
You are responsible for ensuring that we have received your written notice.
